- • Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement signed by all parties if applicable (SBD 4)
- • Valid SARS PIN or CSD supplier registration number
- • Project experience schedule identifying client, project description, services delivered, commencement and completion dates
- • Reference letters confirming services delivered and on-time/within-budget completion
- • Team schedule identifying personnel assigned to digital marketing functions
- • Proof of relevant experience through company registration records and verifiable evidence
- • Bidders to fill and sign correct closing/submission register
- • Not a person in service of the state or company with such directors
