- • Valid Individual Electronic Communications Network Service (I-ECNS) licence and/or Individual Electronic Communication Services (I-ECS) issued by ICASA
- • Minimum two (2) signed reference letters from previous/current clients where bidder installed and maintained a telephone system in past five (5) years
- • Implementation plan of the project
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining service standards, performance measures, reporting requirements and support arrangements
- • Company profile including track record, location, completed projects, technical personnel
- • Bidder's proposed methodology and roll out plan
- • Certified copies of Identity Documents of Directors/Members/Shareholders
- • Authorized signatory letter
- • Completed and signed pricing schedule with Rate Cards
