- • Personal Information Processing Consent form signed
- • Proof of authority if bid signed on behalf of company (company resolution)
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number for each party
- • Foreign-based suppliers must complete foreign supplier questionnaire
- • Bidder must not be person in service of state, company with such directors, or close corporation with such members
