- • Not a person in service of the state
- • Company directors or close corporation members must not be persons in service of the state
- • All bids must be submitted on official GPG bid forms
- • Compliance with Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
- • Compliance with General Conditions of Contract (GCC) 2010
- • Personal Information Processing Consent Form (POPIA) must be completed and signed
