- • Professional Land Surveyor for land expropriation and servitude registration
- • Contractor responsible for establishment, management, mentoring and supervision of targeted enterprises for 36 months
- • Targeted enterprise construction manager required for 36 months
- • Training provision: generic skills, community skills, S4 civil student experiential training, operator training
- • Cathodic protection by nominated sub-contractor
- • DCVG testing and PCM (pipeline current mapping) testing required
