Bidders must hold valid PSIRA certification, public liability insurance (R5M+), COIDA letter of good standing, UIF registration, and ICASA radio license. - • Valid COIDA Letter of good standing at bid closure
- • Valid UIF registration with recent proof of payment
- • Valid ICASA radio license or letter of intent/agreement for rental
- • Minimum 5 years experience in security services in corporate sector (public or private)
- • Minimum 5 contactable/traceable references
- • CSD registration mandatory
- • Tax compliance (PIN or TCS certificate)
- • SBD 1 fully completed and signed
- • SBD 3.2 Pricing Schedule completed
- • SBD 4 Bidder's Disclosure completed
- • SBD 6.1 Preference Claim Certificate with supporting docs
- • SBD 7.2 Contract Form completed
- • General Conditions of Contract submitted
- • Standard Terms and Conditions for Services submitted
- • Functionality threshold 80% minimum to progress beyond Phase 2
