- • SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) - completed and signed
- • Airside Vehicle Operator Permit (AVOP) training course completion
- • Security Awareness training
- • Airport Radio Telephony and Airside Competency Course
- • Airside Induction training
- • Vehicle compliance (beacon lights, vehicle permit, personnel permit)
- • Disposal Certificate for oil separator cleaning work
- • Minimum 70 points out of 100 in functionality evaluation (Gate 1) to proceed to price evaluation
- • All documents must be completed and signed in black ink; correction fluid not allowed
