- • SBD 1 and SBD 4 completion and signature
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement (if applicable) with revenue split
- • Integrity Pact for Businesses signature
- • Valid tax status PIN
- • CIPC registration documents
- • Certified ID copies of directors/members/shareholders (less than 6 months old)
- • SBD 6.1 completion for preference points
- • Company profile
- • Supervisor CVs with qualifications (minimum 2 supervisors with Matric/N3 and 5+ years experience)
- • 5 contactable client references (signed letters on official letterhead)
- • SABS/SANS approved chemicals supplier letter of intent
- • Detailed project execution plan (7 criteria: key tasks, monitoring, organogram, contingency, risk/mitigation, resource distribution, health & safety)
- • Commitment letter listing all required equipment and resources
- • Proof of Gauteng Province location (municipal rates invoice or lease agreement, not older than 3 months)
- • Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (EME/QSE acceptable)
