- • Proof of web-based software solution
- • Not in service of the State (no State directors)
- • Key Account Manager minimum 5 years relevant management experience in personnel suitability checks
- • Cloud-based or web-enabled secure solution with HTTPS
- • Fingerprint-based criminal record verification capability
- • Multi-factor authentication and encryption controls
- • 99% minimum system uptime
- • 24/7 system availability with max 12 consecutive hours downtime
