Category Strategies and Procurement Model Implementation Support for Transnet

Transnet Corporate Centre is seeking proposals for the development of comprehensive category strategies and sourcing strategies for supply chain management. The engagement includes three main components: (1) development of detailed category strategies and sourcing strategies aligned with Transnet's supply chain requirements; (2) provision of resourcing requirements to operationalize and implement these category strategies across the organization; and (3) delivery of training programs to support the implementation of Transnet's new procurement operation model. This is a one-off project with a bid validity period of 180 business days from the closing date of 28 October 2026. The work is for Transnet Corporate Centre, an operating division of Transnet SOC Ltd. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the Transnet e-Tender Submission Portal, with a maximum file size of 30MB per upload and multiple uploads permitted.
