- • Availability of qualified records management specialists
- • Adequate technical implementation capacity
- • Contactable relevant reference letters from projects completed within last five (5) years
- • Curriculum Vitae (CVs) with certified copies of relevant qualifications
- • Proposed project organisational structure identifying key resources
- • Project Manager/Team Leader with minimum relevant experience
- • Comprehensive technical proposal addressing implementation methodology, project plan, communication strategy, risk management, change management, training approach, support and maintenance approach, and quality assurance methodology
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points out of 100 to qualify for further evaluation
