- • Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS accredited) or B-BBEE Affidavit (EME/QSE)
- • SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 fully completed and signed
- • Annexure 5 - General Conditions of Purchase fully signed
- • Annexure 6 - POPI Consent Forms
- • Reference letters for each proposed personnel (not older than 5 years) on official letterhead
- • Detailed CVs for all three proposed personnel (handyman, electrician, plumber)
- • Certified copies of qualifications (certification within 6 months of closing date)
- • Proof of professional registration: ECB for electricians, PIRB for plumbers
- • For foreign qualifications: proof of evaluation/verification
- • 24-hour response time capability required
