About this tender
EWSETA seeks a panel of qualified water sector subject matter experts (registered with QCTO/NAMB) for 12-month ad-hoc engagement conducting accreditation, assessments, monitoring and quality assurance across provinces; evaluated on functionality (references, qualifications, experience) with 70-point minimum pass threshold.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CIPC company registration documents
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) or EME/QSE affidavit
- • SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (fully completed and signed)
- • General Conditions of Purchase (Annexure 5) signed on last page and initialled on each page
- • POPI/POPIA consent forms
- • Tax clearance certificate from SARS
- • Reference letters from previous clients (3 or more preferred; max 5 years old; on client letterhead with name, title, years, contact details, quality assessment, and authorised signature)
- • Certified copies of highest qualifications/professional certification or proof of SME registration (not older than 6 months; foreign qualifications require SAQA evaluation certificate)
- • CV indicating relevant experience in water sector with emphasis on exit moderation, assessment and workplace approval processes
- • VAT declaration (disqualification if registered for VAT but no VAT number provided)
