About this tender
EWSETA seeks to appoint a panel of Subject Matter Experts registered with QCTO or NAMB for energy qualifications across all provinces for 12 months, conducting accreditation, assessments, monitoring and reporting with no guaranteed work allocation.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CIPC company registration documents
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) or EME/QSE affidavit
- • SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (fully completed and signed)
- • General conditions of Purchase (Annexure 5 - fully signed)
- • POPI consent forms (Annexure 6)
- • Tax clearance certificate (Tax PIN from SARS)
- • Reference letters from previous clients (not older than 5 years)
- • Certified copies of relevant energy-related qualifications
- • Brief CV indicating relevant energy sector experience
- • VAT declaration and VAT registration number (if registered)
- • Confidentiality and indemnity agreement signature
- • Proof of SME registration certification (not older than 6 months)
