What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Photo identification card for each employee with name, firm name, identity number, and signature
- • Security identification visible at all times on premises
- • List of all employee names and replacements to be furnished beforehand
- • All cleaning consumables and chemicals compliant to South African Bureau of Standards and OHSA requirements
- • All staff must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993
- • SBD1 form (Annexture 1)
- • SBD4 form (Annexture 3)
- • Pricing Schedule (Annexture 2)
- • Service provider responsible for all equipment maintenance and replacement within 12 hours of defect reporting
- • Service provider responsible for damages caused to EWSETA property
