What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Master's degree in development economics or equivalent work experience
- • Postgraduate qualifications at master's level in Socio-Economic Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, or Cost Benefit Analysis
- • Verifiable expertise in impact evaluations and mixed-methods research
- • Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental evaluation methods
- • Knowledge of youth employment, labour market, B-BBEE and Skills Development policies
- • Proven high-quality report writing and analytical skills
- • Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement
- • Company must exist for minimum 10 years
- • Comprehensive CVs of all proposed key staff required
- • Service Level Agreement required before commencement
- • Project plan with task details and target dates within 10 working days of appointment
- • Proposed key staff must be actively available for service delivery
- • SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (for preference points), and POPIA consent form must be completed
- • All prices must be VAT inclusive (or clearly indicate if not VAT registered)
- • Quotation valid for minimum 120 days from RFQ closing date
- • Prices must be firm for duration of contract
- • Cannot be employed by the state
