About this tender
ERWAT seeks a service provider for collection, transportation and disposal of screenings and grit from all sites for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis. Minimum bid value R750,000. CSD registration, tax compliance (SARS PIN), and completed MBD forms are mandatory.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status Certificate
- • Proof of CSD registration
- • Updated rates and taxes payment record (not older than 3 months) for company and all directors
- • Completed and signed MBD 1, MBD 3.2, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 forms
- • MBD 5 if applicable (for procurement above R10 million)
- • Proof of municipal rates and taxes compliance
- • Original signatures on all pages of bid document
- • No correction fluid, erasable ink, or pencil markings
- • For joint ventures/consortiums/trusts: valid signed teaming agreement and separate TCS/PIN for each party
- • Declaration of past supply chain management practices
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
- • Not in service of the state
- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • Must not be more than 3 months in arrears on municipal rates and taxes
