What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Authority to sign bid document
- • Valid COIDA certificate (not FEM/RMA) valid for full 2026/2027 financial year
- • Proof of UIF registration (UI54)
- • NPO registration certificate with minimum 2 years existence
- • Department of Social Development valid compliance letter (2025 or 2026)
- • Proof of business address (title deed, lease contract, municipal services bill, tribal office letter, or affidavit with utility bill)
- • Valid permission letters from relevant authorities for specific site(s) with detailed information
- • Full Central Supplier Database report
- • Fully completed and signed SBD1 and SBD4 forms
- • Human resources details: Manager (NQF Level 6 Diploma minimum), Financial Officer (Finance Certificate), Administrator (Office/Public/Business Administration Certificate)
- • NPOs must be registered in the province where their head office is located
