- • Core team 100% fully committed and available
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS
- • Not listed on Register of Tender Defaulters
- • Registered with compensation fund or licensed insurer
- • Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire completed
- • No conflict of interest declaration
- • Professional indemnity insurance proof
- • Team participation confirmation letters from all members
- • Reference letters from previous employers on project management and final accounts
- • Proof of SACQSP registration for at least one CIPC director
