Eastern Cape Department of Education seeks appointment of Quantity Surveying Professional Service Providers to lead multi-disciplinary teams for the Disaster Programme at various schools across three clusters in Eastern Cape Province.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Principal Agent must be Professionally Registered QS with 10+ years post-professional registration experience
- • Quantity Surveyor must be Professionally Registered QS with 5+ years post-professional registration experience
- • Civil and Structural Engineer must be Professionally Registered with 10+ years post-professional registration with civil/structural engineering work experience
- • OHS Agent must be Professionally Registered with SACPCMP with 5+ years post-professional registration experience
- • Project Administrator with 3+ years project administration experience and Education Facilities Management System Training (or availability to undergo)
- • 100% commitment and availability of all core staff required
- • Team members must be available for interviews with 2 days' notice
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS
- • Not listed on Register of Tender Defaulters
- • Completed Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire
- • No conflicts of interest
- • Not employed by the state
- • Registered and in good standing with compensation fund or licensed insurer
- • Proof of compliance with Construction Regulations 2014 and OHS Act
- • Not terminated by previous employers due to poor performance
- • Professional indemnity insurance (compulsory)
- • Submission of team member participation confirmation letters (failure = disqualification)
- • Submission of completed PSP Performance Evaluation Form
- • Letter confirming fee percentage from each multidisciplinary team member
