- • Records of management review meetings (minutes, attendance registers)
- • Documented information for control of externally provided processes, products and services per ISO 9001:2015 Clause 8.4
- • Draft Contract Quality Plan specific to scope of work per ISO 10005
- • Quality Control Plan/Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for similar previous work
- • Form A completed and signed
