What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate issued by SANAS accredited verification agency or sworn affidavit
- • Proof of ownership/shareholding (CIPC documentation with breakdown)
- • Certified ID copies of shareholder(s)
- • 70% local content threshold for valves (designated sector requirement)
- • SBD 6.2 Declaration Form and Annex C (Local Content Declaration) if applicable
- • B-BBEE Improvement or Retention Plan (must be submitted within 30 days of signing contract)
- • Proposals for jobs to be created and retained in South Africa
- • Skills development plan (one candidate bursary per R20 Million cumulative spend; 24-month minimum; sourced from Lephalale Municipality)
- • SDL&I Implementation Schedule (to be returned 28 days after contract award)
- • Quarterly SDL&I compliance reports
- • For EME (annual revenue ≤R10M): Sworn Affidavit acceptable
- • For QSE (annual revenue ≤R50M): Sworn Affidavit if at least 51% Black owned, otherwise full compliance scorecard
- • For entities >R50M annual revenue: Valid B-BBEE certificate mandatory
