What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate issued by SANAS accredited verification agency OR sworn affidavit (for EME annual revenue ≤R10M) OR sworn affidavit for QSE (≤R50M if not 51% black owned)
- • B-BBEE Improvement or Retention Plan to be submitted within 30 days of contract signature
- • Quarterly SDL&I compliance reports in accordance with Data Collection Template
- • Designated sector compliance: Cables >90% Copper, >90% Steel, >100% (local content targets)
- • Procurement spend targets on designated groups: Black Owned 4.0%, Black Women Owned 3.0%, Black Youth Owned 2.0%, Black Persons with Disability 1.0%
- • Job creation and retention proposals
- • 2.5% performance security retention from invoices until SDL&I obligations fulfilled
