- • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993
- • Compliance with Compensation for Occupational Diseases and Illnesses Act 130 of 1993
- • All employees must undergo relevant Eskom induction and company induction
- • Supplier must demonstrate contractor/supplier selection criteria and processes
- • Prior notification to Eskom before appointing contractors or suppliers
- • Ensure contractors/suppliers have adequate resources and competencies
- • Supplier accountable for OHS compliance of all appointed contractors/suppliers
- • Monitor contractors/suppliers through audits and assessments
- • Signed acknowledgement form confirming understanding of OHS requirements
- • May be required to provide testimonials, references and client contact details for similar previous work
