What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate issued by SANAS accredited verification agency or sworn affidavit (for EME ≤R10m revenue) or QSE sworn affidavit (≤R50m revenue with compliance); valid certificate required for >R50m revenue
- • Proof of ownership/shareholding with CIPC documentation and shareholding breakdown
- • Certified ID copies of shareholder(s)
- • Proof of Disability where applicable
- • SBD 6.2 Declaration Form and Annex C (Local Content Declaration-Summary Schedule) if applicable to designated sectors (Powerline Hardware, Electrical/Telecom Cables, Steel Products, Textile/Clothing/Leather/Footwear)
- • Local procurement content minimum 100%
- • B-BBEE Improvement or Retention Plan submitted within 30 days of contract signature
- • SDL&I Implementation Schedule submitted within 28 days of contract award
- • Skills development commitment: 1 trainee per R2.6 million accumulated work order value (SAMTRAC, Electrical Engineering N1/N2/N3)
- • Procurement spend targets: Black Owned 4%, Black Women Owned 3%, Black Youth Owned 2%, Black Persons with Disability 1%
- • Job creation and retention proposals
- • Quarterly SDL&I compliance reports
- • DTIC written exemption letter if required input materials cannot be wholly sourced from South Africa
