What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Experience of 3–5 years in operating and cleaning services (water treatment plants in power station environment)
- • Proof of similar service experience via contract/appointment letter on client letterhead with start/end dates and service details
- • Method statement covering preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, plant inspection/reporting, and SAP works management
- • Key assigned personnel (Site Manager, Project Supervisors) with minimum National Diploma in Engineering/Project Management and 2 years heavy industry experience
- • Industrial action contingency plan detailing how strikes will be managed
- • Human resource management plan covering maternity leave, sick leave, resignation, and disciplinary procedures
