What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid proof of property ownership (Deeds Registration) OR valid Sales Agreement with certified ID copies of directors
- • Property zoning certificate confirming office use zoning per Kopanong Local Municipality
- • Preliminary sample layout plan showing accommodation of Department needs with floor area sizes
- • Complete space planning layouts with internal and building envelope dimensions
- • SBD 1 and SBD 4 duly completed and signed
- • Annual Financial Statements Declaration for preceding financial year with income statement and balance sheet
- • Audited Annual Financial Statements OR Bank Statement OR funding institution confirmation letter demonstrating financial capability
- • Building must be minimum Grade C standard
- • Minimum 243m² total lettable area (125m² office + 58m² store + 60m² washbay)
- • If building has other tenants, Department space must be completely isolated with separate entrance/exit
- • All documents must be originally signed (no digital signatures accepted)
- • All certified documents must be fully/completely certified on all pages
- • Bid documents must be properly indexed and neatly bound
- • No alterations to tender document or annexures permitted
