What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Unique security PIN from SARS or CSD MAAA number for tax compliance verification
- • Valid proof of property ownership (Deeds Registration) OR certified Sales Agreement with certified ID copies of directors
- • Building size minimum 1050m² lettable area
- • Original or certified SAPOA Area Certificate issued by registered Professional Architect
- • Building minimum Grade C at submission (must upgrade to Grade B before occupation)
- • Preliminary sample layout plan showing accommodation of Department needs
- • Company registration documents from CIPC (certified)
- • Duly completed and signed SBD 1 and SBD 4
- • Annual Financial Statements Declaration with income statement and balance sheet
- • Audited Annual Financial Statements OR Bank Statement OR funding institution confirmation letter
- • Zoning certificate confirming office use compliance with Dihlabeng Local Municipality land use scheme
- • Attendance at mandatory Clarification Meeting (06 August 2026 at 11:30)
- • All documents completed in handwriting with black pen (no digital completion)
- • All bid documents originally signed (no photocopies or digital signatures)
- • All certified documents fully/completely certified on all pages
- • Properly indexed and neatly bound submission
