What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid proof of property ownership (Deeds Registration) OR valid Sales Agreement with certified ID copies of directors
- • Minimum lettable area 1050m² office accommodation
- • Building must be Grade C minimum at submission
- • Space Planning Layouts indicating internal floor areas and building envelope sizes
- • Preliminary sample layout plan showing accommodation of Department needs
- • Annual Financial Statements Declaration for preceding financial year with income statement and balance sheet
- • Audited Annual Financial Statements (for financial year ended 28 February 2025) OR Bank Statement OR funding institution confirmation letter
- • SBD 1 and SBD 4 duly completed and signed
- • All documents must be originally signed (no digital signatures)
- • All certified documents must be fully certified on all pages
- • Bid documents must be properly indexed and neatly bound
- • For Consortiums/Joint Ventures/Sub-contractors: each party must submit separate CSD Registration Report, Tax PIN, COIDA Letter, CIPC registration, SBD 1 & 4, and Annual Financial Statements Declaration
