RFP for appointment of a Travel Management Agency to provide travel services to the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation for 36 months, evaluated through desktop submission, site visit presentation, and online tool demonstration.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Key Account Manager must have minimum 3 years' experience
- • Must be able to provide all travel services specified in par 12.3 and costing sheet
- • Must have dedicated team for VIP/Executive travel bookings
- • Must have online booking tool customisable to DPME requirements
- • Must fully comply with National Treasury negotiated rates, limits and reporting requirements
- • Must provide electronic voucher retrieval, SMS notifications, VIP services with check-in support and travel alerts
- • Must manage third-party service provider accounts and invoice quality assurance
- • Must have Account Management structure and complaint handling procedure
- • Must consolidate management information and customize reports at no cost
- • Must have strategic global partners for international travel expertise
- • Minimum 300 out of 400 points (75%) required to proceed from Gate 1 to Gate 2
- • Minimum 300 out of 400 points (75%) required on Site Visit Presentation scorecard to proceed to Gate 3
- • Must comply with all statutory and common law requirements
- • Must declare honest, fair and diligent conduct
