- • Cleaners and Supervisor wages must comply with Department of Employment and Labour Sectoral Determination 1: Contract Cleaning Sector (effective 01 March 2023)
- • All cleaning equipment, hygiene dispensers, consumables and detergents to be provided by service provider
- • Fixed pricing for contract duration; only wage increments per sectoral determination permitted
- • Not a person in the service of the state
- • Signatory authority documentation (company resolution, partnership authorization, or one-person concern declaration)
- • Proof of accreditation if claiming to be accredited representative
- • Foreign suppliers must complete questionnaire regarding RSA residency and tax liability
