RFQ for laundry services (collect and deliver) for Marion Island and Gough Island return voyages 2026, including cleaning, seam sealing, deodorising and mending of specialized outdoor gear and clothing.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • SBD 4 (Bidder's Declaration) - must be completed and signed
- • SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) - must be completed and signed
- • Valid quotation on company letterhead with item descriptions, validity period, banking details and CSD MAAA number
- • For claiming specific goals: B-BBEE certificate (SANAS/CIPC accredited) or sworn affidavit, medical certificate if claiming disability, ownership certificate from CIPC
- • Delivery timelines and quotation expiry date must be indicated
- • All dry-cleaning chemicals must be SABS approved (Perchloroethylene/PCE)
- • Padded and rain gear must be treated with Nikwax
- • Seam sealing tape for waterproof jackets and trousers
- • Deodorisers meeting specified standards
- • Gumboots evaluated for leaks and cleaned accordingly
