- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) must be submitted with WCBD 6.1 form to claim preference points
- • WCBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule (firm prices) must be completed
- • WCBD 3.2 Price Adjustments schedule must be completed
- • WCBD 4 Declaration of Interests form must be completed
- • WCBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form must be completed
- • General Conditions of Contract must be signed
- • All bids must be submitted on official forms (not re-typed)
- • All documents must be originally signed
- • Foreign suppliers must answer questionnaire regarding RSA residency and tax liability
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS certificate and CSD number
- • Bid validity period: 90 calendar days from closing date
