- • Proven experience in reactor catalyst unloading operations
- • Demonstrated experience with inert and confined space entry under hazardous conditions
- • Experience handling spent refinery or petrochemical catalysts
- • Hazardous material handling, packaging, and compliance experience
- • Experience in preparation of catalyst materials for international shipment
- • Comprehensive technical proposal with catalyst unloading methodology
- • SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) plan
- • Detailed resource plan including personnel and supervision
- • List of proposed equipment and systems
- • Preliminary project schedule
- • References and details of previous similar projects
- • Confined space entry procedures and rescue arrangements
- • Continuous atmospheric monitoring systems
- • Emergency response and rescue testing prior to entry activities
- • UN-certified, ISO-compliant export drums for packaging
- • Compliance with international hazardous goods regulations (ADR, RID, IMDG)
