What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CSD registration compulsory and must be maintained for duration of contract
- • Tax compliance status (TCS) PIN from SARS required or CSD number if TCS unavailable
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • Bidder must not be person in service of state or have directors/members in service of state
- • BBBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit required (detailed CSD report reflecting EME or QSE 51% or more black ownership required for preference points for specific goals)
