- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration compulsory and must remain registered for duration of contract
- • Tax compliance status (TCS) PIN from SARS or CSD number required
- • Tax compliance certificate from SARS must be submitted with bid
- • No persons in service of the state as directors/members
- • Bids must be submitted on official SBD forms (not retyped)
- • Bid remains binding for 120 days from submission date
- • Material changes in control/composition must be reported in writing to SCM
