- • Hand-signed bids in black ink only (no electronic signatures, typing, pencil, or tipp-ex)
- • Original tender documents with no pages removed
- • No late bids accepted; no fax or email submissions
- • Functionality evaluation minimum 36 of 65 points required for panel appointment
- • 2% Corporate Social Responsibility contribution if not based in Mogale City jurisdiction
