Mogale City Local Municipality invites bids from training service providers to conduct economic development and investment functional training programmes for employees on an as-and-when-required basis for three years; compulsory briefing attendance mandatory.

- • Compulsory briefing session attendance with completed attendance register
- • Authority of signatory (business not sole proprietor/one-person) or board resolution
- • MBD 1: Invitation to tender (original, handwritten in black ink)
- • MBD 4: Declaration of Interest (original, handwritten in black ink)
- • MBD 6.1: Preferential Points claim form (original, handwritten in black ink)
- • MBD 8: Declaration of bidders past supply chain management practices (original, handwritten in black ink)
- • MBD 9: Certificate of independent bid determination (original, handwritten in black ink)
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes account not older than 90 days and not in arrears, or valid lease agreement, or rental statement, or sworn affidavit as per specified circumstances
- • Declaration certificate for municipal services (completed, stamped, signed, dated)
- • No pages removed from original tender document
- • All bid prices in RSA currency inclusive of VAT
- • Non-VAT vendors with annual turnover above R1 million must include VAT and register with SARS within 21 days of award
- • Two percent (2%) Corporate Social Responsibility contribution if not based in Mogale City area of jurisdiction
