- • Municipal rates and taxes account not older than 90 days and not in arrears, or valid lease agreement/rental statement
- • CSD registration report or summary report
- • No persons in service of state
- • Municipal rates account or alternative address verification documentation for directors
- • Original signatures in black ink only (no electronic signatures)
- • Bids must be submitted in original form, not typed or scanned
