- • Municipal Rates and Taxes account not older than 3 months and not in arrears, OR valid lease agreement, OR rental statement
- • Certificate for Municipal Services (Declaration) - stamped, signed, dated
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
- • No pages may be removed from original tender document
- • Bids must be handwritten in black ink only (no typing, pencil, or Tipp-Ex)
- • Joint venture documents must be notarized if applicable
- • No electronic signatures permitted
