- • Proof of company registration (CIPC certificate)
- • Certified copies of business director(s) identity documents
- • CSD registration full report (not older than 30 days from closing date)
- • At least one certified copy of appointment letter or purchase order with reference letter for catering services (minimum 200 people)
- • At least one certified copy of appointment letter or purchase order with reference letter for audio systems provision
- • Certified copy of qualification, certified ID copy and comprehensive CV of project leader with minimum 3 years food handling and preparation experience and certificate/higher qualification in food handling and preparation
- • Valid and current municipal rates and taxes statement for business premises or proof of residence from tribal authority or lease agreement with lessor's rates and taxes statements
- • Valid and current municipal rates and taxes statements for each active director (residential addresses)
- • Bidder must not be in arrears on municipal rates and taxes for more than 3 months
- • Bidders must not be listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
