- • Joint venture agreement if applicable (showing 100% percentage split, roles, responsibilities, bank account, power of attorney)
- • Proof of accreditation as representative (if claiming accredited representative status)
- • Company resolution or proof of signatory authority
- • Two-envelope bidding procedure: separate sealed envelopes for technical and price proposals within outer envelope
