- • Financial Statements signed by independent registered Accountant
- • Joint Venture/Consortium/Subcontracting Agreement (if applicable)
- • Building must provide 50 parking bays (minimum 21 onsite including 1 disability-compliant, 29 within 100m)
- • Gross Lettable Area of 2,928.60m2
- • Location within 2.5km of public transport, visible from major traffic routes, unimpeded street-level public access
- • Secured facility with 24/7 physical guarding at entrances by Landlord
- • Handheld metal detectors at main entrances monitored by Landlord's Security
- • Security services must comply with all legislative/regulatory requirements and PSIRA registration requirements
- • Lease term of 5 years with occupation date 01 July 2027
- • Renovations/alterations to be completed one week prior to occupation date
