- • Handheld metal detector(s) at main entrance(s)
- • Security service provider registered with COIDA in good standing
- • 35 parking bays (minimum 20 onsite including 2 disability-compliant; 15 offsite within 100m)
- • Gross Lettable Area of 2,133.5m²
- • Building in Tshwane CBD within 2km walking distance to public transport
- • Anticipated occupation date: 01 January 2027
- • Proof of Medical Certificate confirming disability of owner(s) if applicable
- • Joint Venture/Consortium/Subcontracting Agreement if applicable
