CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP WITH HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS TO PERFORM VARIOUS EDUCATION, TRAINNING AND DEVELOPMENT FUNCTIONS WITH THE NATIONAL SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT FOR PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
Special conditions

Bidders are required to send their bids in a sealed envelope or other cover that clearly displays their name, address, bid number, and closing date.
