- • Proof of appropriate mode of transport (bakkie/truck) - vehicle registration or certified lease agreement
- • Three reference letters from previous clients with appointment letters/orders on client letterhead with contact details
- • Certified copies of qualifications and CV (not older than 3 months)
- • SAQA evaluation certificate for foreign qualifications
- • Delivery Plan
- • Project Manager details
- • Personnel details
- • Certified B-BBEE certificate from SANAS-accredited verification agency or IRBA-approved auditor or sworn affidavit
- • Proof of Municipal Rates (not later than 1 month) or lease agreement
- • Quotation with company letterhead or business stamp
- • Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2)
- • ID copy for HDI/Youth/Women/Disability/Military Veterans/Rural Enterprise claims
- • CK (Company registration) for Women-Equity ownership claims
- • Medical Certificate for Disability claims
- • Confirmation letter from Office of Military Veterans for Military Veterans claims
- • Proof of residence from Traditional Leader or Ward Councillor for Rural Enterprise claims
