- • Valid COIDA Letter of good standing or Workmen's Compensation Registration Certificate in Electrical works
- • All forms must be filled in full
- • Joint Venture Agreement if applicant is a Joint Venture
- • Joint Ventures must be registered on CSD as Joint Venture
