- • Must not have willfully neglected, reneged on or failed to comply with government contract in past 5 years
- • Municipal bill must be paid up or payment arrangement in place
- • Audited financial statements required
- • Banking certificate required
- • Must have fully operational branch in Springbok, Northern Cape
- • Must be registered as a bank under Banks Act 1990
- • Must demonstrate ability to process minimum 500 employee salary payments per month
- • Must provide at least 5 contactable references for municipal banking services experience
- • Dedicated Municipal Relationship Team required (Relationship Manager, Electronic Banking Support Consultant, Treasury Specialist)
- • mSCOA-compliant data import/export capability required
