What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Company registration (CK) documents and certified ID copies of directors/owners (not older than 6 months)
- • MBD forms 4, 6.1, 8 and 9 fully completed
- • Bidder's municipal statement of account covering 3 months OR valid lease agreement OR affidavit declaring no municipal service debt over 90 days
- • Directors' municipal statements of accounts covering 3 months OR affidavit declaring no municipal service debt over 90 days
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (MBD 6.1)
- • Proof of address of office dealing with project (lease agreement/municipal account) to claim locality preference points
- • Financial statements for past 3 years if bid value exceeds R10 million (VAT included)
- • All pages originally signed in black ink
- • Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and VAT
