- • Municipal billing clearance certificate, recent municipal statement, or lease agreement (if leased)
- • BBBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (MBD 6.1)
- • Proof of address for office dealing with project (lease agreement/municipal account in bidder's name)
- • All documentation originally signed in black ink
